• The whole property from inside and outside is very picturesque.
• This homestay is in such a locality and place that you can easily opt to eat out and view scenic places by walking just 10-15 minutes.
• This place doesn’t have access to public transport, so you will have to use a rented vehicle. However, a short walk of 10 to 15 min will get you to the main roads.

Seaview Homestay Mersing

• Rooms and washrooms are neat and well maintained.
• You will have Hot water, but with a smaller geyser so you might have to wait.
• The owner is friendly and co-operative.

• For a room for 4 adults you will have to shell out 105 USD.
• This place doesn’t offer booking refund, if you book via their FB page.
• But if you go through MakeMyTrip, they offer free cancellation till the day before check in.
• Again, if you can split the bill with another guest and share the room; that would be cost effective.

• Washrooms are also neat and clean.

• Washrooms are just decent.
• There is a community kitchen, TV, sofa, refrigerator, etc for the guests to use.

• Washrooms are also very well maintained.
• Basically, the whole place is made for chic, urban crowd.
• All the furniture, wall décor and amenities are like what you might use and have at your own place. So, this place will feel very homely.
• This place does have a few restrictions. No pets, no drinking, no smoking. No parties.
• Guests need to be quiet between 11 pm to 8 am.

Cost

• The place is a family suite, withvfour bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
• You must book the whole place at a price 90 USD.
• Cancellation allowed till few days after making the booking.
